You may have heard someone say: “Ignorance is bliss.” For some people it is, but for others it is not. Some people would prefere to be unaware of danger, or discrepancy.
Have you ever heard the saying “What you don’t know can’t hurt you.”? That’s inaccurate. What you don’t know can hurt you badly, maybe even destroy you.
Of course there are some people who are happy to be in the dark because the view is disconcerting. But there are others who want to know the truth in order to develope the wisdom to utilize it.
Truth, danger, and humility are not validated by ignorance. They exist on there own regardless of rather or not the people who have them (or are in them) know it or not.
